Welcome to YAS Marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using YAS Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Buying on YAS
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping fees. All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues.
4. Selling on YAS
Sellers must complete the application process and be approved before listing items. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. All listings must comply with applicable laws and our marketplace policies. YAS charges a commission on each completed sale.
5. Auction Rules
Bids placed in auctions are binding commitments to purchase. Sellers may set reserve prices. If the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold. Auto-bidding is available and operates according to the maximum bid set by the user. The highest bidder at the auction's end is obligated to complete the purchase.
6. Raffle Rules
Raffle entries require payment and are non-refundable. Winners are selected randomly when the raffle ends. Prize distribution follows the percentages shown on each raffle listing. YAS Marketplace operates raffles in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Payments & Payouts
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Seller payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's completed sales. YAS deducts its commission before transferring earnings to sellers. All amounts are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless otherwise stated.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, list counterfeit or prohibited items, manipulate prices or reviews, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent platform fees. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
YAS Marketplace acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees collected by our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
